Instead of Article 41 of the original Act, the following Article 41 is placed:- “41. Things between husband and wife should not be revealed :- (1) Any husband to his wife or wife to her husband while their conjugal relationship is in existence to reveal anything or between them in such a situation. will not be taxed for presentation of correspondence.
(2) In any case between a husband and wife or in connection with any offense committed against such husband or wife, except in any criminal case conducted by the government of Nepal, to express such matter or to present such correspondence, to reveal or present such matter unless the husband or wife gives consent to such matter. It cannot be done.”
